Job Description: 1.Co-operate with project managers and team in estimation effort, developing plan/schedule 2.Work with developers to brainstorm the test scenarios and the test plan 3.Develop Application Testing, System Testing Concept, and/or Software Testing Methodologies. 4.Develop and perform test scenarios, test cases and test plan. 5.Collaborate with developers and users to deliver high-quality outcome 6.Ensure all project deliverable are consistently delivered to the agreed schedules 7.Perform work based on defined process and provide feedback on process improvements as appropriate. 8.UAT Test and SIT Test Qualifications: 1.Thai national only 2.Bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Statistic, Applied Mathematics or related fields 3.At least 2 years experience Testing skill 4.Self-motivated, enthusiastic and open to new ideas. 5.Fair English communication skills.

Position CRM Lead and Functional Consultants Qualifications: • Has strong expertise on • Has experience in Multichannel and CRM solutioning in the financial sector preferably life insurance business • Has completed minimally 2 to 3 full cycle CRM application implementations (includes MSD CRM) from project management, business requirements analysis, to macro/micro design, build/configuration and deploy solution • Ability to advise on the CRM data migration strategy • Has excellent communication, both written and verbal skills in English and local Thai. • Prior insurance sector experience will be a plus • Duration of project, estimated to be about 24 months
