หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Ensuring reliability and integrity of equipment through equipment condition evaluation to diagnose the problem before failure. (ตรวจสอบสภาพของอุปกรณ์ให้มีความน่าเชื่อถือแบะสมบูรณ์ ด้วยการประเมินคุณภาพของอุปกรณ์ เพื่อวินิจฉัยปัญหา ก่อนที่จะเกิดขึ้น)
- Conduct various programs to improve plant reliability. (ดำเนินงานตามโครงการต่างๆเพื่อปรับปรุงโรงงานให้ดูน่าเชื่อถือ)
- Failure analysis and set counter measure to prevent repeated failure. (การวิเคราะห์ความล้มเหลวและกำหนดมาตรการเพื่อป้องกันความล้มเหลวซ้ำแล้วซ้ำอีก)
- Create, evaluate and continue develop preventive maintenance program. (สร้าง ประเมิน และพัฒนาโปรแกรมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน)
- Initial control by involve all new project as project member.
- Team member development in various knowledge and skills

- Prefer male and age around 24 - 25 years old
- 3-5 year experience in maintenance work especially rotating equipment in the factory (Chemical factory will be priority)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, communication and motivation skills
- Excellent in failure analysis abilities
- Multi fields experience is prefers (Design, fabrication, construction, maintenance)
- Good Command in English (verbal and writing)
