หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• Get involve since project initial phase from assignment by project manager leader
• Work with project team for project planning, resources planning to meet project timeline
• Using technic of project management for Project tracking, project meeting, control project to meet project milestone, manage deliverable of project to be deliver within project plan and ensure to receive LOA from customer within project schedule.
• Decision making when issue occur to ensure project can be deliver and meet project timeline
• Project review and come up with mitigation once project falls into risk such as risk of resources, risk of project timeline.
• Project update to project stakeholder both customer and FTH regularly
• Managing vendor or outsource team if exists or assigned in project
• Manage project cost to be within project cost plan.
• Managing Deliverable of project to be deliver before project close and ensure all commit deliverable must be deliver to customer as well as BU for future reference
• Evaluate resources quality and report to project resources owner for resource improvement or resources admires
• Organize project lesson learn to team and resources owner after project closure.
• Well understand about project that PM shall spent sometime after work or work during weekend to drive and manage project to be within schedule.
• Project improvement, process improvement and etc.
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Male or Female, 30 – 35 Years of age
• Bachelor degree or higher in electronic, computer, computer business or any related fields
• 3 - 5 year experiences in IT project management.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
• Strong skill in Microfoft Dynamic AX and support project management
• Strong in English communication ( speaking, listening, writing and reading ),
• Pleasant personality
• Having driving license and own car
