หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
Provide excellent and proactive customer service for all company clients covering new business enquires, complaints, service and maintenance. This includes attending to all phone enquiries and walk in customers/prospects and forwarding detailed information to the sales and marketing department.
Assist with preparation of monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis and reports as and when required.
Prepare quotations, costing, brochures and any related sales and marketing matters.
Data collection: Required to establish a comprehensive and accurate database of our existing customers and prospect customers.
Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.
Assist and support the team in fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing customers, word processing, filling, and faxing and Internet research when required.
Attend to any other office related support functions as and when needed.
