หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

JOB DESCRIPITON
• Implement customer service center (selecting outsourcing agency and center location, setting up service process and etc)
• Set up and improve the policy and procedure of customer service center with the understanding of backend process and analyzing customer performance data
• Communicate with internal divisions related to operation of center and policy management
• Develop and monitor KPI indicating customer satisfaction level and operating status
• Forecast the transaction with the analysis of customer performance data and make operation plan from it
• Prepare effective customer complaint management

QUAILIFICATION
• Male or female
• 8+ years of relevant working experience
• A Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment involving multiple channels
• Excellent communication skills with any level of management
• Possess the ability to prioritize with a good sense of judgment and aptitude for accurate decision making and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skill in English
• Ability to excel as both a team lead and individual contributor
