หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee all aspects of recruiting and placement for internal permanent employee and intern recruitment.
• Plan, update, and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).
• Handle employee hiring process in compliance with business requirement.
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Update record of hiring, monitor and expedite recruitment process to support business needs effectively.
• Develop Partner relationships with 3rd party recruitment agencies and staffing firms as needed.
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sites, and other technical means to source candidates.
• Oversee workflow planning and strategies for delivering qualified candidates to satisfy internal people needs. This includes superior recruitment strategies, excellent on-boarding and assimilation programs and Dept. operational tactics.
• Introduce best practices as well as latest technologies for Recruitment process optimization and efficiency.
• Bring market intelligence, innovation and perspective to our internal people needs.
• Monitor, maintain and adjust policy, procedures, compensation levels and processes to ensure compliance with organizational business needs.
• Update and maintain candidates in People.Zoho system.
• Prepare recruitment and related reports.
• Handing for new employees orientation.
• Update CV of employees as department heads requested.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

● 5 years’ directly experience in recruitment and selection in IT business is an advantage
● Experience and knowledge of sources right candidates for various jobs
● Knowledge of social network is preferred
● Experience in set up and develop the recruitment process
● Experience and knowledge of competency base interview
● Familiar and experience with Recruitment systems and software
● Good planning, coordination, presentation, negotiation, convincing and human relationship skills
● Can do attitude and having sense of quickly
● Good operate in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
● Willing to travel around metropolis and upcountries
● Able to speaking and writing in English is a plus
