• Consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota and sales activity standards through various sales methodologies and channels such as telesales, e-sales, consultative sales, field sales, strategic alliances, and etc. • In conjunction with the sales leadership, plan and prioritize business development activities to achieve sales targets and ultimately reach Lanna Softworks corporate goals. • Manage and build aggressive sales pipeline in order to maximize conversion ratios. • Source opportunities by utilizing both modern and traditional sales methodologies such as sales lead generation, lead nurturing utilizing automation tools, networking, social media platforms, referrals, cold calling, cold emailing, and etc. • Develop innovative sales strategies to exceed sales targets and overcome challenges & objections. • Own the contract negotiation process to ensure balance between technical solution and gross profit margin. • Become a trusted business and technical partner for the customer including senior leadership roles as well as the C-Level executives. (e.g. IT Department Head, CIO, CTO, COO, and CEO) • Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements, business and technical challenges, pain points, and vision in order to form a sound technical solution. • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams on the customer side and coordinate with internal resources that may be needed for critical technical escalations in relation to implementation process such as system & data migration, issues & incidents resolution, include owning and leading any communication back to the customer. • Provide knowledge and know-how on the latest trends, technology frameworks, and platforms. • Drive product innovation and excellence through surfacing customer input and ideas based on interactions with Lanna Softworks.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• 5+ years of experience in a technical and business analysis role.
• 3+ years of experience in software solution sales and/or consultative sales.
• Proven track record for selling, consulting, overall working experience (or combination) in manufacturing, logistics, real estate, property management, and travel industries are preferred.
• Working experience in finance, banking, and insurance industries will be considered.
• Experience in software architecture design and development in above industries is a plus.
• Working knowledge of various software development processes and methodologies. (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and Iterative Cycles)
• Experience working in a customer facing role with large strategic accounts and directly with functional teams such as Software Engineering, Software Development, Sales & Marketing, Operation, Customer Relationship Management, Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and etc.
• Experience crafting a software solution and architecting complex solutions with focus on increasing value, profitability, productivity, scalability, and overall performance.
• Superb problem-solving skills by proactively crafting and selling customer vision on how to make Lanna Softworks a preferred solution provider.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to modify the style, approach, content, and tools to fit the audience in both Thai and English.
