หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and social media.
- Book, reschedule, and cancel trips as the customer requested.
- Track bad reviews and support cases to identify problems & resolve them.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and other departments as necessary.
- Regular contact with current Transport Operators
- Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned.
