ออกแบบ ติดตั้ง บำรุงรักษา ให้การสนับสนุน และให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวระบบเครือข่ายงานบริเวณ เฉพาะที่ และระบบเครือข่ายระยะไกล

รายละเอียดงาน

- Manage holiday / training / working for Engineer.
- Allocate task to staff / follow up / consultation when need.
- Manage / Improve Engineer performance and operation.
- Manage, reviewed and contribute weekly, Monthly, Problem analysis report.
- Report/Escalation/Coordination with management level.
- Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with Customer).
- Onsite service in case of advance troubleshooting and coordinated with third party (Customer request).
- Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting.
- Decide and execute best solution to terminate and solve problem in short time.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering.
- Hands-on experience 3-5 years in troubleshooting hardware and configure (Base on Cisco)
- Knowledge of current protocols and standards, including TCP/IP (Always update)
- Ability to make sound and logical judgments.
- Demonstrated leadership and personnel.
- Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Able to research into issues and products as required (Self Study)
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
