หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Provide technical and operational support to ensure that client support expectations are met through first and second level problem determination and resolution efforts.
2. Respond to users’ concerns via telephone, e-mail, facsimile, or video conference.
3. Accurately log all Helpdesk-related information such as Issue Details, Issue Handling History, and User Contact Info.
4. Maintain reasonable discipline and decorum in the Help Desk area.
5. Perform other functions or projects, which may be assigned by the Support Specialist, Manager, or Coordinator.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

1. Thai or Non-Thai nationality, Male or Female, age between 22-27 years
2. Bachelor degree in Computer or related fields such as Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Computer or related fields.
3. Experience between 0-3 years and/or New graduated is also welcome
4. Experience in IT Support, Call Center or other related filed
5. Experience in telephone support of external customers in resolving the specific problems will be advantage
6. Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and IT Applications
7. Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution (troubleshooting)
8. Good understanding and appreciation of information technology
9. Network & INFRA (Server related etc.) knowledge will be an advantage
10. Programming knowledge will be an advantage
11. Have negotiation skill, communication skill, serviced mind, initiative and logical thinking.
12. Good team player, good problem solving
**Ability to work as shift & flexible hours (Including weekend / public holiday and rotation shifts)

จันทร์ ~ ศุกร์ และเสาร์ปีละ 11 วันตามปฎิทินบริษัท
