Perform a day to day operation to support customer the telephone, e-mail, or other tools on the WeLoveShopping website.

Job Responsibility
- Work in the area of e-commerce business in the company which provide an online marketplace service (www.weloveshopping.com)
- Develop content of the website (i.e. help, FAQ, and etc.)
- Perform a day to day operation to support customer thru telephone, e-mail, or other tools
- Coordinate with all related departments within the company
- Provide recommendations in order to improve service of the website
- Shift Work

Qualification

-Male/Female, age not more than 27 years old
-Bachelor Degree in Journalism, Communication Arts, Literature, Business Administration, Computer or any related fields
-Knowledge of Internet and E-Commerce would be an advantage
-Highly responsible, initiative, proactive, fast learner
-Good communication skills and service mind
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet
