หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage delivery IT production systems and service within all scope of system OS windows /Linux Server
• Administration, maintenance and upgrade of server operating systems
• Support day-to-day operational incidents and change processes on a daily basis
• Monitor System resource performance to ensure that the systems are operating at a high performance consistently
• Lead system service tuning effort
• Storage management, day to day operate logical volume and capacity management. Produce Storage design and tactical implementation of the storage platforms for, File servers, Microsoft cluster servers, and virtualized server farms are essential
• Investigating and coordinating with peers/cross team to perform root cause analysis and provide a the long term solution in problem management
• Document Work instruction documents to be deployed to the First line support team
• Monitor systems trends and prevent occurrence of incidents, problems and errors and improve overall system performance.
• Participate in change management of CCB meeting
• Support system operations align with ITIL practices
• Stand by on call (if required) for consulting System operator and 1st Line support team

• Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, IT or in related field
- Vocational Certificate , MCSA or MCSE is a plus

• Technical/Management Experience
- At least 3 years ‘s experience in System Wintel/Linux field
- Strong knowledge in trouble shooting issue and able execute advance configuration on Operating System (MS Windows Server 2003/2008-2012, Linux , and UNIX is a plus)
- Strong technically in system function VMWare, DNS ,DHCP, Web Service (s)FTP Server, and TCP/IP networking
- Advanced/expert knowledge in storage systems (DAS, NAS and SAN) and fiber channel switches
- Familiar in Security compiling with primary skill base on Windows OS/Linux , other OS is a plus

• Soft skills
- Strong technical and analytical, troubleshooting and service mind skills
- English communication is a must

• Advance skills/experiences will be specially considered,
- Experience e.g. in cards & payment
- Knowledge familiar in Network /Security /Database Admin
