หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Defines and maintains the common process for the change management process.
• Liaise with the client on understanding the business reason of the change request
• Register the change requests into the system
• Allocate the change requests to the responsible team member
• Assist the team leader on registering incident and problem tickets
• Administrate the changed services in the client repository
• On call support non office hour (if required)

• Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Engineering ,Computer Science, IT or in related field
- Technical/Management Experience
- 1-2 Year of experience in IT service operation field
- Demonstrate abilities to work both within a team and on own initiative
- Customer service orientation.
- Proactive and results oriented.
- Strong basic computer application MS office , Visio , MS Project.

• Soft skills
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and service mind skills
- Good fluency in spoken and written English language
- Willingness to learn new services
- Gentle Manner and Ethical Manner

• Advance skills/experiences will be specially considered,
- Experience e.g. in cards & payment
- IT Management certification is preferable
- Knowledge in System /Security /Database Admin
- System Certification MCSA , Linux
- Security Certification (CISSP, CISA, CISM)
- IT Management Certification(ITIL V3.0)
