หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Manage all phases of IT projects to the agreed scope, time, budget, resources, and quality from initiation through to closure
2. Develop and execute the project plan and analyze project proposals that impact the schedule and budget variance which in turn contribute to meeting the overall objectives of the project.
3. Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks eg. requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing, deployment, production issue, communications, etc.
4. Drive end-to-end project management to ensure all the risks, dependencies, issues and concerns in all aspects (Business, Product, Technology, People, Support, Vendors and others) are properly managed with effective prepared and implementation with mitigation and contingency plans
5. Ensure timely progress and achievement of project milestones and goals by coordinating different workstreams, identifying risks, troubleshooting, and proposing mitigation plans.
6. Monitoring, forecasting and budgeting project expenditure of the whole project executions.
7. Managing resources for projects such as team members, vendors, hardware/software, etc.
8. Managing the administrative tasks in the project eg. lead meetings, minutes of meetings, contracts, purchase/payments, timesheets, presentations, project status report etc.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Bachelor's or higher Degree in Business Administration, MIS/IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years experience in IT infrastructure project management eg. , Web/Web application, ERP, SAP
- Having communication skills to visualize the same working picture and coordinate to achieve the results of the work.
- Expert level in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Understand the business domain/ needs and help convert those into effective IT solutions
- Have a strong sense of ownership which drives you to find ways to do things better, faster, and more effective.
