หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

HRD Supervisor (Training) is responsible for training plan development, training material preparation,and facilitating / performing instructor-led training course delivery to locations across the organisation
in order to facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of employees.

Responsibilities:
1. Organize training (send invitations, PR, establish locations, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials and others).
2.Evaluating the effectiveness of training programme using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones.
3.Using knowledge of various training techniques, determine instructional methods most appropriate for each situation, such as individual training, group instruction, demonstrations, computer-based training, or web-based training.
4.Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
5.Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and expected learning outcomes.
6.Maintain appropriate records of training and development activities.
7.Preparing and submitting all documents to Labour's Skills Development based on legal requirements.
8.Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
9.Perform other related responsibilities, as directed.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

1.Bachelor Degree or higher in HR Development / Management or related field.
2.Minimum 3 years experience in HR, Training, Data Analysis.
3.Skill in SAP, Moodle, and Adobe Photoshop will be an advantage.
4Good command of English (speaking & writting), communication and interpersonal skills.
5.A self starter with high degree of initiative, mature, independent, and hands-on.
6.Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, enjoy problems solving.
7.Convenient with flexible working hours, and moderate travel schedule.
8.Working day: Monday-Friday, Working hour: 08.00 am - 06.00 pm, Office location: Phetkasame 71 Bangkok
