- Set guideline for recruiting the right persons for various departments.
- Analyze and search for the source of manpower supply with the right competencies.
- Conduct and coordinate with related departments for recruitment in accordance with capacity planning and required qualifications/competencies.
- Gather and provide supporting information of the attrition rate for management to determine the way to retain high potential employees.
- Solve problems within scope of responsibility.
- Ensures that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with company policy and national legislation.
