หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Directs and oversees all aspects of the Accounting function of the Group
Establishes and enforces proper Finance & Accounting policies for the Group and ensures the compliance with Thai GAAP
Establishes and directs effective implementation of Group’s accounting process & procedure for all key activities
Directs and actively participates in preparing the Group’s month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and reports (including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement) as well as ensure the accuracy and timeliness
Prepares monthly financial management reports and other reports as required by the management, i.e. analysis vs Budget/Forecast, expenses report, store P&L, etc.
Provides the management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
Actively participates in preparing the Group’s annual budget and monthly forecasting and ensures budget compliance
Ensures that the Group’s VAT and withholding tax be accurate and timely submitted to the Tax Authority
Co-operates with relevant function to prepare and submit quarterly & annual audited financial statements to the regulatory bodies, i.e. SEC/SET, Ministry of Commerce, etc. on a timely manner

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 6ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Male/Female with at least 40 years of age
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting with CPA
At least 10 years in supervisory level
Experiences in a real estate business are a must
Possesses strong Accounting and Tax knowledge
Commits to deadline, well-planned/organized person, enthusiasm and self-motivated
Provides valuable and creative insight into business performance
Be positive, proactive, hands-on, result-oriented, flexible, able to work in a dynamic environment
Possesses an effective verbal and written communication skill, both Thai and English
Be able to coach, train and develop team members
Excellent in computer skills (MS Office Applications) and knowledge of Express is an advantage
