หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job Details

1.Handles daily correspondence.
2.Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
3.Records and processes in-coming reservations with confirmation sent out if require.
4.Ensures all details of a reservation have been action; Transportation, Special requirement etc.
5.Provides information to guest on hotel services and activities.
6.Ensures correct and relevant information to the operating departments
7.Processes cancellation / amendments to reservations (extension, early departure, number of rooms)
8.Investigates and handles no show reservations.

-Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
-Good command in spoken and written English.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Computer literacy
-Must have experience for Reservation Officer for hotel
