หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities

Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.
Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
Managing supplier relationships
Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team
Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events
Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
Organized and follow up on all aspect of the event
Source and select shows – Dancers, Musician, artist etc.,
Maintain good relationship with supplier and artist
Establish and develop event timeline covering every aspect of the event from preparation, audition, selection, rehearsal, rundown, practice and event execution
Excellent communicator to inform any delay and able to adjust and make decision in real time to get the situation under control
Positive attitude and hard worker
Creative mind and great presenter of idea
Good contacts with production team
Organize and manage schedule of artist and dancers
Liaise with GM for any VVIP guest attending the events and organize seating plan and zoning.
