หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Main responsibility:
• Maintain and ensure continue improvement the organization’s compensation and benefits strategy and program to meet the company objectives and market objective competitiveness.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labour law requirements and other related and maintaining records.
• Develop, Implement and Execute employee retention and reward management schemes.
• Update and maintain salary structure to be competitive with market.
• Maintain the work structure by updating job descriptions and related for all positions.
• Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analysing exit interviews, recommending changes.
• Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results, coach and discipline employees.
• Preparing payroll, social fund, withholding tax, provident fund, employee group insurance and other related. Submit and report to all concern parties accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update the performance appraisal program, and educate teams to ensure on time results.
• Preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies, procedures and other related.
• Maintain Company Rules and Regulations.
• Maintain historical human resource records and employee profiles.
• Prepare the Incentive/Bonus Plan, Training Plan, Annual Salary Adjustment and Budget with related departments to support Company strategy.
• Acting as a single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit.
• Managing complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.
• Manage the quality to always be within the standard. Keep the system up to date and create the continued improvements on ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001.

• Thai Nationality, age below 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 5 years experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and personnel development
• Good knowledge of HR Best Practices, Thai Labour Protection Law, and Personal Income Tax Code
• Experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and personnel development
Personal qualifications:
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Corporate-minded with ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and energetic. Self-reliant and systematic
• Problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Strong computer skills
