หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

POSITION: Assistant Accounting Manager
Reports to: CEO
Prime Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise a Team of Junior & Senior Accountants.
Ensure that billing, collection, and reporting activities are carried out per specified deadlines.
Manage accounting day to day operations, safeguarding accurate daily records of all Clients’ transactions.
o Review the reconciliation of bank statements against GL and Cash Book.
o Take care of FA depreciation, Journal entries (GL )
o Reconcile tax reports as per accounting/ tax requirements
o Weekly/monthly checklist reconciliation (BS, P&L, ledgers,… )
o Etc…
AR/AP Management.
Review month end closing.
Assist in preparation of schedules, financial statements, and management reports.
Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly/yearly tax returns.
Coordinate local annual GAAP audits compliance with external auditors.
Regularly update, learn and gain knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations, practices and procedures, tax software.
Any other ad hoc projects dedicated by Plizz Management.

Candidate Profile
General:
The ideal candidate should bear 5 to 10 years’ experience. The candidate is a “hands-on” good strategic thinker with exceptional analytical talent:

Knowledge about taxation and law.
Problem-solving skills;
Education

University degree in Accounting
CPA Certified is a plus
Good IT knowledge, proficient in MS Windows, Excel, Word, etc.
Good oral & written English
