หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Be responsible for accounting function, for example, issuing invoice, etc., submit all documents to accounting firm for preparation of financial statements.

• Prepare tax filing submitting to Revenue Department including VAT, PND 3, 53, 54 and etc.

• Handle tax matter, affecting the business, such as VAT, withholding tax, customs related, etc.

• Ensure the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.

• Supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.

• Manage in day-to-day cash flow movement.

• Organize and maintain financial records.

• Monitor accounts payable/accounts receivable, billings, claims, reconciliations and release retention cases.

• Support other accounting job which is assigned by manager.

• Other role as assigned such as Admin, Purchase job.

- จัดทำเอกสารค่าใช้จ่ายของบริษัทฯ และบันทึกสมุดรายวัน ค่าใช้ จ่ายต่างๅ
- บันทึกข้อมูลในบันทึกบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีซื้อ/ขาย กับใบกำกับภาษีซื้อ/ขาย
- ตรวจสอบรายการ Stork และกระทบยอดบัญชีกับบัญชีแยกประเภททุกบัญชี
-ตรวจสอบรายการสรุปผลการตรวจนับสินค้าและอื่นๆ
-จัดทำ Bank Reconcile เพื่อตรวจสอบบัญชีที่รับผิดชอบทั้งหมดกับบัญชีแยกประเภท
-ตรวจสอบภาษี ภงด, ภ.พ. ต่างๆ และ กระทบยอด และยื่นแบบรายเดือน
-ตรวจเอกสารเงินสดย่อย พร้อมรายการตั้งเบิกทั้งหมด
-จัดทำตัวเลขบริหารจัดการส่งให้ผู้บริหารพิจารณา
-จัดทำรายงานกำไรขาดทุน
-จัดทำงบการเงิน งบกำไรขาดทุน งบกระแสเงินสดและอื่นๆ

ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Thai Nationality, Female only, 22-27 years old.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related.
• At least 2 years experience in related position.
• Knowledgeable in all accounting functions.
• Good command of English and Thai.
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office is a must.
• Good Attitude, self motivated and Interpersonal skil.l
• Commitment, Team work.
