หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•Build up and optimize the recruitment related policies, recruitment system and procedure.
•Make and revise company’s organization chart, make sure the best employee allocation for the company.
•Revise department responsibilities and job description regularly.
•Build and improve back up talent select proposal and back up canadidates.
•Check recruitment plan and control recruitment progress, make sure the timely and effectively.
•Keep eye on the market, ensure DL usage follow the law and regulations’ requirement.
•Help the senior HR Manager to deal with project issue.

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Male Age over 35 years.
- master's degree, major in Human resource and psychology is plus, good English
- 10ys and above HR experience, 7ys in big manufacturing focus on recruitment.
- Know the labor law and local regulations.
- Good ownership, good professional ethics.
- Proactive, good at communication.
- Could work under pressure and travel and over time work.
