หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Understand and eagerly accept that you will be providing both customer support and programming services for clients
• Primary job is customer support in Asia, including customer communications via e-mail and/or phone
• Your daily support tasks will be to identify, document, verify, and resolve Asian time zone support issues;
• Coordinate with other global offices on items that need other developers for resolve
• Test fixes from others
• Deliver software to clients per client policy
• New Software development in the areas trade and risk management
• Working with functional specifications to develop program designs and software
• Development of new methods and processes to enhance infrastructure.
