หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Ensure adequate Maintenance Management Systems (delegations, procedures and support agreements) are established and documented in Maintenance Management Plans for material for which the organizations have maintenance responsibilities.
- Authorized, conduct initial and ongoing compliance assessment of subordinate maintenance organizations.
- Ensure that the structure of formation maintenance organizations and the competency of individuals within the structure are capable of supporting the level and scope of accreditation assigned to the organization.
- Ensure the professional development of subordinate technical staff through the implementation of professional development training programs applicable to the relevant systems.
- Maintenance procedures for all materiel within their area of responsibility.
- Maintain the user manuals and maintenance document for all systems and equipment to ensure it is always available for reference and up to date.
- Survey and report the condition of equipment and report breakdown and preventive maintenance to Factory Manager.
- Write up a maintenance procedure for the group (existing plant and new plant) as required ISO 9001 and ISO/TS-16949
- Scheduling and implementing AM (Annual Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance) for the all equipment/ machinery in production line as well as related systems i.e. Compressor, Wastewater Treatment plant, LPG stations, cooling system etc. Contact suppliers for material and spare part procurement.
- Set up and follow up KPI of Maintenance services
- Arrange the Machine control ledger for all important equipment/ machinery to keep track on repair report.
-Work closely with maintenance team and outsourced suppliers to ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed through. All machines shall be in good condition at all time to minimize disruption of production capacity
