หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Job Description
1. Make recommendations to integrate new custom and cloud software, coordinates installation and supports operations.
2. Set up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, troubleshooting, installing system wide software and addressing mass storage space requirements.
3. Monitor and make recommendations for allocation of computing resources.
4. Manage infrastructure services in a production environment to ensure high availability and reliability.
5. Coordinate installation and build of VMs, assist in developing system requirements, as well as developing the backup and recovery solutions.
Specific Skills and Experience
1. 2+ years of relevant professional experiences.
2. High attention to detail with proven ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
3. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Engineering, Program Management, Product Management, and Senior Leadership
4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and opinions
5. Experience with Cloud environments.
6. Solid systems administration understanding (UNIX or Linux)
7. Experience with on the Cloud Scripting (BASH, Ruby, Python) and building required automation and tools.
