หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering of IE or ME or EE or related field.
2. Male age 25 years up.
3. Min 3 years’ experience in molding machine maintenance background and/or Plastic injection machine maintenance in similar manufacturing.
4. PC literacy and good knowledge in English Language will be advantage.
5. Understand hydraulic system/pneumatics system / compressor system and function /TPM
6. TS16949 knowledge will be advantage.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• Arrange and provide machine and/or equipment maintenance according to maintenance schedule which include yearly schedule, sub schedule, weekly schedule and daily schedule.
• Summary daily work load report and review and approve preventive maintenance report.
• Perform repairing, preventive and predictive maintenance effectively.
• Keep and maintain history record of repairing, preventive, predictive maintenance and other concern document.
• Arrange KPI report according to KPI matrix of maintenance process.
• Perform the job as any assignment from supervisor and report directly to Maintenance Manager.
• Manage the Navision program for maintenance job.
• Involved in trouble shooting and process improvement
• Stop machine if consider or found any risk of machine damage.
