หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Analyzing our customer feedback and working with the team to recommend product changes based on those analyses.
Researching consumer markets and creating internal awareness on new and emerging trends.
Monitoring market trends, identifying potential new markets and propose ideas on how to capture those.
Generating names, identities, concepts and guidelines for new, existing products and services.
Coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery.
Overseeing the production of adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs and email campaigns and ensure that brand guidelines are followed.
 Overseeing the WL and other division websites and ensuring the content is always up to date and accurate.
 Ensuring that contacts with online media (websites, bloggers etc) are well taken care of and WL and other divisions have a good exposure by those.
 Overseeing the social media exposure of WL and other divisions in terms of promotions, events and other content by forecasting those with the restaurant and other divisions team by working closely with an assigned agency for social media marketing.
Ensuring a steady increase in online traffic and monitoring the return in terms of customer traffic in outlets.
Ensuring that WL and other division’s brand guidelines are always followed and all promotions, co-promotions, F&B collateral and guest supplies and other branded materials are of a quality and appearance that reflect the brand.
Co-ordinating the launch of new programs/promotions/products to external customers as well as employees.
In charge of driving business to all WL outlets as well as sourcing new revenue streams in particular through events and outside catering by active selling as well as maintaining existing catering customers.
Assisting in setting up/expanding the event and catering business of WL.
Attending networking and industry related social events if required.
Attending training sessions and meetings as and when required.
Carrying out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Ensuring high standards of presentation and grooming.
Always acting as an ambassador of the brand.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any field, although a Marketing major is preferable.
At least 5 years in Marketing Management and 3 years at a management level.
Knowledge of Marketing Plan and SWOT analysis.
Basic financial knowledge.
Experience of forecasting and analysis.
Knowledge of budget plans, marketing surveys and research.
Experience of product and pricing management.
Possessing presentation, negotiation, leadership, communication and business management skills.
Excellent command of English.
Computer proficient (Microsoft Office)
