หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Design, standardize, construct, install, test and maintain highly scalable database
• Ensure systems meet business requirements and Project practices
• Research and improve for Database technologies
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability and security
• Provide technical support, maintain and optimize day-to-day support based on requests and incidents
• Provide support and direction to developers/customer with trouble-shooting and performance tuning with in SLA
• Performance management and capacity planning
• Control database access permissions and privileges
• Establish and maintain database backups and test recoverability policies and procedures
• Maintain database high availability, performance and ensure all production system work properly
• Control and improve standardization and optimization of process and procedure
• Write and maintain database documentation and standards
• Independently analyses, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues and document changes
• Enable the continuous improvement of structure, processes, tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value
• Able to support out of office hours

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Database Administration
• Having experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Data migration
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Strong Technical Knowledge of Oracle Database, Unix and windows
• Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
• Knowledge of high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) options for oracle or SQL server
• Understanding to architect Database structure and tools for multiple servers and platforms
• Able to work off hours / weekend
• Strong aptitude and desire to learn new technologies and tools
• Knowledge of Oracle Data Guard ,RAC, Oracle Fail Safe will be advantage
• Oracle OCA or Oracle OCP or Microsoft MCSE certification would be an advantage
• Able to communicate well in English will be an advantage
