หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

PURPOSE:
The Workshop Controller must be able to maximize the service sales and profitability by selling core, value added and incremental products. He/she must be able to record vehicle information accurately, refer to service histories and effectively follow-up and prospect customers to secure repeat and incremental business. It is mandatory for he/she to operate the workshop loading system effectively, adding incremental work where adequate resources exist and distributing the work to the Technicians who are suitable and trained to complete.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
 Received the job from Service Advisor and give out each job to the technician by using the criteria such as:
 Order of received
 Time taken to complete each job
 Urgency of the customer
 Warranty period
 Readiness of parts
 Etc.
 Check and record time used during the repair the utmost accuracy
 Check that each job has all the repair information for future reference
 Ensure that technician understand the work detailed on the job card that they are assigned to
 Ensure that the Service Advisor understand the work done in order to repair the car so that he can relay the message to the customer correctly
 Work closely with Aftersales Manager and Service Advisor for schedule repair
 Check with Parts department and managed the repair for each job depending on the availability of the parts to maximize the workshop flow
 Contiguously train themselves with regarding to car knowledge
 Provide support for all colleagues in the company to improve overall growth of the company as a whole
