หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Works closely with Managing Director and be responsible for supporting all of the Company’s launches of marketing tools and business events.
2. Handles all processes of publications as assigned such as the Company’s official brochures’ design and printing, logos and photos management, general advertisements, including website’s contents and news updates.
3. Represents ES products’ features and any business information to all clients as needed.
4. Conducts the after-sales services by phoning all clients tracking their satisfactions, the Company’s technical staff services and informing Managing Director those gathered information for further analysis
5. Conducts quantitative and qualitative research of local security market, clients/prospects and competition then updates Managing Director those gathered information for further analysis.
6. Acts as a call centre (office hours) understanding and quickly responding to clients’ needs and/ or complaints by contacting technical staffs so as to provide immediate solutions to clients.
7. Coordinates with/ follows up relevant technical staffs who are assigned to work on each project in terms of its progress.
8. Completes and be responsible for all of functional reports as assigned.
9. The position is accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain ACE goals and objectives.
10. The position is accountable for strictly complying with the Code of Ethics.
11. The position is accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain EH&S goals and objectives and complying with EH&S policies, applicable rules, procedures and regulations.

1- a degree in General Management is required/preferred.
2- a minimum 2-3 years of services management knowledge, skills, experience in general industry/companies/organizations.
3- Detailed, well-organized and independent ability.
4- Good English communications and computer competencies.
5- Standard competencies for L6E as follows; Customer Focus, Focus on Results, Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Teamwork, Communications, Listening and Ethics.
