หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Job Description
- Handle Data Entry of supplier invoices using Excel
- Liaises with outlet on cash collections, inventory stock take
- Maintain stock list in office store
- Maintain monthly sales, costing report
- Compute petty cash
- Liaise with Financial Controller for reporting in HQ @ Singapore
- Liaise with local Thailand Auditor
- Assist Office manager for ad hoc Admin/HR task
Requirements
- Able to use QuickBooks will be added advantage
- Strong in Excel Software
- Minimum LCCI accounting certificate / book keeping
- Willing to learn attitude
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Working in F&B environment be added advantage
