หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop Annual Sponsorship & Event strategies with Brand Platform Direction and Commercial Strategy
• Develop annual ideation, planning & budgeting, production and implementation of event activity
• Develop and Drive execution strategy to achieve high level of quality execution and consumer engaged
• Leverage Sponsorship / Event/ Company asset to generate most commercial value
• Lead event team to manage and negotiate below the line activities & sponsorship to deliver highest benefit to commercial stand points
• Lead and manage event team to deliver annual target in volume and revenue with highest efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate each sponsorship / event activity with fact finding /key insights /ROI and recommendation for future development plan
• Supports event operation teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product /package benefits and brand values /equity are properly communicated
• Develop annual spending budget plan with control /manage spending efficiency within budget

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Education: Bachelor’s /Master degree in Marketing or related field.
Experiences: At least 5 years experienced in marketing or any related field (experienced in game business is preferable.)

2. Having sufficient knowledge and understanding about game products and industry
3. Strong in driving results and human resource management skills.
4. Systematic and Strategic thinking
5. Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
6. Good command of spoken and written English
