หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work on organizational development to support business objectives, human resources strategies and organizational development interventions.
• Develop and Implements human resources strategies including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation and benefits, training and development, PMS, succession planning, career path, employee relations and retention and labor relations.
• Develops human resources operations financial strategies included estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
• Manages human resources operations for all function included recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
• Providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications to management level.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES
• Master degree of Human Resource Management, Organization Development or related disciplines.
• 15 years up experience in HRM and HROD

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL & TRAINING REQUIREMENT
• Proven record of strong HR Organization Development and HRM practice
• In-depth knowledge of Competency Development, Talent Management System, Succession Planning, Process Improvement required and Human resources management
• Mature, proactive, high responsible, plug-in, adaptable, result-oriented
• Possess good commercial approach and business sense
• Ability to work and communicate with all kinds of people
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
• Excellent command of English both spoken and written or TOEIC score 650
