หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Handling all safety, occupational health and environmental of Plant operation and assignment area. .
- Develop SHE management and implementation plan in focus area
- Training and building safety awareness to all staff.
- Compliance on duties with Safety law and regulation.
- Establish safety mindset to all staff in every working processes / procedures / workplaces to maintain safe working.
- Inspect and evaluate safety in workplaces, work flow or procedures and issue correction or prevention programs if needed
- Implement risk analysis, safety inspection and incident investigation to set up sufficient plans to prevent loss from unsafe aspects.
- Provide sufficient PPE, safety devices, emergency correspondent plan including safety training to build up safety awareness.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety, Occupational Health and environment management with safety officer in professional level license or related field or a similar field
- Minimum experience 3 years in Safety, Occupational Health and Environment management management in manufacturing field.
- Having knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS/TIS 18001 is advantage.
- Familiar with local laws and regulations and competent to observe critical deviations following requirements
- Good command of English and computer skill
- Energetic , Self-motivated , Proactive and Positive attitude
- Positive and energetic team player, pleasant/people friendly and is willing to learn
- Able to communicate to employees at all levels in the organization
