หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customers general inquires, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company’s products.

- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

- Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product

- Classifying, indexing & maintain all important data records

- Reviewing the CRM in place through daily & monthly report, to determine ways to improve CRM efficiency

- Other Assignments
