หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields (New graduates are welcomed and encourage to apply)
- Experienced in whole process of recruitment at least 1 year.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Can communicate in English as well.

Responsibilities:
• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like job portals, social networking site, taking references, Head Hunting for a critical requirement to fill the vacancies/open manpower requests.
• Screening and short listing candidates according to requirement
• Conduct telephonic screening to check communication skills, technical skills, interest level, availability, etc.
• Conducting preliminary interviews to ensure fitment according to the job description.
• Scheduling interviews for short-listed candidates with the business team
• Offer to the selected candidate and make him onboard at the stipulated timeframe.
• Initiate the background reference check for all the new joiners.
• Time management and prioritization skills combining efficiency in follow-up, peer engagement and influencing skills.
