หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Scope of The Role:

Leads and delivers expected results of production facilities improvement projects in defined production area(s) to shift the production lines efficiency level meet the production targets. Production Facilities could be defined as machines, equipment, tools, jigs/fixtures and any other stuffs required in the defined production area(s) Identify Process, equipment and tools improvement opportunities and generate efficient solutions to execute those in timely manner and costs efficiency focus. This includes providing production with jigs/fixtures, improve machines design for function and reliability, balancing work stations to achieve uniform cycle time, design or modify work stations to improve workflow and/or worker interface.

Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day problem solving of product quality related to process and equipment.
- Improve productivity in assigned area by improving process flow, increasing equipment reliability, improving process control Cpk to minimize reworks and rejects as agreed KPI.
- Ensure critical process control parameters are identified and recorded in the process control systems and take action appropriately.
- Ensure TPM basic machine inspection are created and executed correctly on schedule.
- Ensure all equipment modification and any engineering works follow established factory standard.
- Coordinate with machine maker to supply, modify and install equipment to meet factory requirement and standard.
- Support R&D (new product introduction) team to lead modify equipment to be able to produce new product in the current equipment.
- Support Quality Assurance to reduce warranty items which relate to equipment or machine improvement.
- Set up and modify the process including work station (table, hand tools, power tools and part supply bin at point of use) for process mod and new process.
- Improve and implement robust process control to minimize process variation using Six Sigma approach.
- Create work instruction (WI) related to ECN, PCN and any changes that taking place and impacts to production processes.
- Work with Engineering & Maintenance Team and production personnel to achieve above objectives.
- Design and improve jigs and fixtures to optimize product quality and minimize rework and wastage using lean manufacturing approach.
- Ensure compliance at all time of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Other tasks following supervisor’s assignment or company policy

Qualifications:
- Engineering Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. (with GPA >2.75 is an advantage)
- At least 1 year of production/manufacturing improvement experience. (New graduate also welcome)
