หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
-Produce and agreed with General Manager the budgets/targets - volume/revenue/contribution.
-Monitor and review performance of the team and individual members, including target results and action plans, volume/contribution generated, sales leads, customer satisfaction etc.
-Agree target of the team and for individual accounts and monitor the outcome.
-Provide input to the country sales strategy as required by General Manager.
-Organise weekly call plan for self and for the team.
-Maintain contact with tender team, and the customer, resolving any queries, and ensuring the tenders are submitted within required timescales.
-Established outcome of tender process and obtain feedback from the customer, monitor levels of business allocated to Legend Shipping ( Thailand ) against volumes awards.
-Monitor the pricing activities, including quotes to customers and following up on the outcome,

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
Bachelor's degree or adequate education preferable.
-Education in sales/marketing is an asset.
-Training in shipping, transport or logistics industry.
-Good in writing and speaking local and English language.
-Relevant experience (preferably more than 3 years) in managing customers in shipping or logistics/transportation industry, including at least 1 year in sales position with managerial responsibility.
-Proven leadership
-Customer service ; oriented
-Strong knowledge of main export business environment including industries/commodities etc.
-Strong leadership qualities with good communication.
-Good interpersonal skills
-Strong IT skills esp. Microsoft word, outlook, excel, understanding of customer relationships.
