หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Analyze market and customer needs
• Assess competition by comparing products and pricing
• Communicate with product manufacturers/suppliers to keep close relationship and gain optimum support
• Create product marketing communications objectives
• Work with the sales managers to create product sales strategies
• Work with customers and sales team to evaluate sales call result
• Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management
• Review inventory levels to maintain product availability
• Bring new products to market with return-on-investment analysis
• Market new products with product and sales teams
• Review product pricing based on market opportunity and competition
• Schedule and assign operational requirements to follow up on work results
• Manage the product team, including coaching and disciplinary actions, planning, monitoring and job appraisal
• Create and/or adjust work flow system to optimize team efficiency
• Work with customers and sales team to create marketing activities including exhibitions workshops, seminars, etc.
• Administer the marketing budget on cost-effective basis
• Report to senior-level executives

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Science, Allied Health Science, Associated Medical Science, Nursing or related field; or other fields with 5 – 10 year experience in healthcare business
- Experience in direct or related role in healthcare business
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Pleasant personality
- Good documentation skill
- Experience in coordination with manufacturers for technical support is an advantage
