หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Consultant at Virtual Manufacturing the Sales Consultant provides direction and solutions for our customers. Facilitation of customer service/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks.
As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Present and articulate service solutions features and benefits to our future customers.
Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
You will be trained by our Swedish salesteam and organization so that you become an lean expert and can provide our services to our customers.
Skills:
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Prior experience in Sales, Sales Consulting, or Consulting is optimal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, value positioning, business justification, closing techniques, presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems with accounts in complex technical environments.
• Ability to travel as needed.
