หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities:
• Dealing with incoming leads via telephone and email.
• Speaking to prospective customers, gathering their requirements, and using a database to find suitable properties to match their needs.
• Arranging viewings with customers and landlords, taking customers to visit potential properties.
• Closing deals and completing sales and rental agreements with both landlords and customers, including all of the necessary admin and paperwork.
• Working to targets, prioritizing work, and managing time effectively.

Qualifications:
• Thai national, male or female, aged 26 or above.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any subject.
• At least 2 years’ sales experience. Property experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken. Any other language skills are a plus but not essential.
• Computer competency (Word, Excel, internet etc).
• Highly motivated, target driven, good time management skills.
• People person – able to deal with people of all nationalities and backgrounds in a friendly and confident manner.
• Based in Bangkok and able to work in central Sukhumvit.
