หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Our client is the global leader in the science of heart valves and hemodynamic monitoring. Now, more than 50 years later, the company has grown into a global company with a presence in approximately 100 countries and more than 7,000 employees around the world.
Role Purpose :
- The position is created to support CC business units for capital sales, installation and after sales services. The position is also support others marketing tasks related to technical set up and management i.e. live broadcast, simulation workshop demonstration etc. with aim to support the sales & Marketing team to achieve the company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Be central person to manage what are required for support capital sales and services. This include arrangement for instrument, contact suppliers and technical service team as well as being a certified person for capital sales as required by hospital procurement system
- Dedicatedly support key annual education activities at the Company Training Center
- Conduct critical care service maintenance and troubleshooting as per purchasing contract with the hospital.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Engineer, Bio-Medical Engineer or related fields
- Possess 2-5 years work experience in technical support from medical device industry
- Good command of English can communicate and travel overseas
- Pleasant personality, ability to work independence and traveling to upcountry and oversea from time to time
- Good Command of Microsoft Office applications and audio visual
- Service mind and good interpersonal skill
Working location: Rama 9 Road
Working Hour: Monday- Friday 8.30-17.30
