- Handels all ICT related matters
- Ensures successful delivery of daily end-user support in all matter's hardware, software and operational IT.
- Accountable for end-user support which adresses elements of help-desking, desktop roll-out, problem management and troubleshooting, software imaging and installation, network configuration, infrastructure management and where, required storage and backup capability.

- English and Thai proficiency in both spoken and written is required.
- Familiar with Windows Server and local area networks.
