หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Receive and arrange export bookings from exporters and overseas agents.
-Process all task of export documentation such as Issue invoice, Packing list, sending SI, VGM to shipping line.
-Contact to sub-contract company in order to process Form E for export shipment.
-Receive pre-alert and documents from overseas agents and process import shipment.
-Communicate with shipping lines, customers(Coordinate customer loading) and overseas agents.
-To be the contact point for monitoring of export shipments.
-Handle Import/Export documentation sometimes
-Process costing and invoicing.
-Other task as per assign by sale manager.

-Proficient in spoken and written English, if can communicate Chinese will be great
-Honest and reliable with good character references.
-Cheerful with a positive attitude, good time-keeping, attention to detail.
-Computer Literate, Proficient in Windows Office.
-Negotiation and problem solving skills
-Freight Forwarding Reefer Shipment experience and an active interest in learning more about the business.
-Have 1-2 years of Reefer Shipment experience will be an advantage.
