หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- ดูแลงานด้าน Network ของลูกค้า โดยรับเรื่องผ่านช่องทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมล์
- ดูแลตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาด้าน Network เวลาที่มีปัญหา
- Monitoring PRTG, What up, Solarwinds เพื่อทำการตรวจสอบปัญหาด้าน Network and Server ของลูกค้า
- Config router cisco and switch cisco ตู้ ATM และ สาขาของลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
- ทำสรุปรายงานที่แก้ไขในแต่ละวันของ ATM และ สาขาของลูกค้า
- แจ้งปิดและเปิด incident
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย รวมถึงประสานงานผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าต่อไป

- Good knowledge in IT Services Operation
- Thai speaker
- At least 40% of resource must be with fair English skill
- At least 60% of resource must be with 2 year experience in IT Services
- Minimum of 1 year experience in ATM monitor
- Good in communication and work under pressure
- To provide the following reports for each client:
- Daily report for incident notification
- Monthly report for incident notification
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly report for Preventive Maintenance/IMAC tasks
