The Haad Tien was not meant to be just another boutique design hotel. The land which provides the stunning backdrop to the resort has been in my family and undeveloped for 30 years, used solely as a “sanctuary” for us to escape the bustle and pollution of Bangkok. In developing the resort we have always kept this feeling of “sanctuary” and respect for the natural beauty and tranquility of the environment in mind. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• A good understanding and demonstrative experience of civil engineering techniques relating to civil works. • Helping to manage the project in a fast-paced and demanding environment • Monitor project progress comply with standards, quality and requirements. • Create work schedules and assign tasks to contractor to meet project timeline, cost, and budget. • Follow up the performance of the contractor as well as participate in awareness and giving opinions to solve problems occurring with all relevant parties. • Control and report the progress of the actual work done to supervisor. • Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development. • Collaborate with internal and external department to align activities with desired business outcomes • Build relationships with sub-contractors
