หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Select and negotiate team of consultants for the construction of residential projects
Monitor progress and construction quality based on company goal and strategy.
Manage designers, contractors, and consultants on a daily basis to achieve project timelines and budgets.
Compare and provide analysis of the specifications of materials and equipment to be used in construction projects. Provide recommendations to the management.
Monitor and controlling variations based on requirements and design changes on a weekly basis to optimize budgets.
Prepare master development schedules and cost plans according to the objectives of the company.
Reviewing construction plans for approval with the management.
Control the accuracy of sign-off required to release payments to construction-related suppliers.
Ensure the on-time completion and proper hand-over of documents to related departments.
Manage defect and liability periods.
Provide support to manage specific issues with authorities

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
At least 3 years of experience from Real Estate or Property Development business is preferred.
Good command of English. Able to use AutoCad.
