• IT Business Analyst, System Analyst • More than 7 years of experience in Business Analysis • At least 2-3 full implementation cycles of projects • Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis tools. • Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills in both Thai and English • Project management skills and the ability to work within project timelines. • Possess high-level managerial skills to handle projects, including issue management • Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables • Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets • Leading cross-functional project teams and ensuring project tasks are completed on time and within budget • Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure project success • Communicating project status to stakeholders, including project team members, sponsors, and senior management • Identifying and managing project risks and issues • Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements • Managing project change requests and ensuring project scope stays within budget and time constraints • Closing out projects and conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
