หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Support Thailand new company set-up, including business license application, bank account opening, tax registration, custom export and import registration etc.
2. Participate accounting books set-up for new company: prepare master data in Navision system of chart of accounts, suppliers, customers, employees, stocks, fixed assets, cash flow items etc. Set-up bookkeeping rules that compliant to general accepted accounting principal in Thailand.
3. Collections and payments, reconciliation and maintain bank/cash book, cash, check custody
4. Understand and perform the operation in Navision ERP system, including modules of production planning, stock management, gold loss control and costing, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
5. Each Monday, report bank / cash book and balance to Advance team
6. Support application of government subsidy, tax privilege etc to Thailand local government.
7. Each Monday and month end, joint cash / check stocktaking report to Advance team
8. Check business substance and documents and ensure the company’s account receivable, accounts payable and bank settlements are timely, accurate, and are comply with Thailand government policy and Gabriele group financial policy and internal control policy.
9. Work with logistics department, lead stock counting, perform stock controlling and analysis.
10. Daily stocktaking, Month and year-end fully inventory stocktaking
11. FA register book (Fixed Assets)
12. Coordinate and support all kinds of external audits required by local policy and ensure the audit results are successful.
13.Assistance to other departments like QA for quality, Warehouse for a stock controller, CS for shipping etc
14. Support annual budgeting and perform budget control in daily operation with China team
15. Management daily operation of accounting department in Thailand

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

1. Bachelor degree majored in Accounting or Finance with CPD
2. 5+ year experience in a financial, account related role, rich experience with AR/AP, GL, Costing and good command of accounting/taxation knowledge
3. Familiar with BOI report, customs manual report and local accounting regulations
4. Good communication skills and has ability to deliver the jobs on tight timeline
5. Manufacturing plant experience, knowledge with Jewelry industry is preferable.6. Fluent spoken and written English, able to communicate in Chinese is plus
7. Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
8. Open mindset and goal-oriented
